By designing your integrated systems technology infrastructure before your home is constructed:
- Wiring will be concealed behind the walls and custom choice located.
- Custom technology features will be architecturally built-in into your décor.
- Installation will be inspected by your builder, the county, and Guardian industry-certified professionals.
- You will be covered by an included one-year builder warranty.
- Your home will be delivered per your custom technology design choices upon moving into your new home.

What are we going to discuss?

What are my payment options?
Your builder will collect payment in the form of mortgage roll-in or an additional deposit. With today’s interest rates, each $1,000 in technology options adds less than $5 a month to your mortgage.

I’m looking forward to assisting you in the design of a security and technology system to meet your needs in your new home. I was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland and still currently reside there today. I attended Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in marketing. I have a passion for technology, and I am constantly looking to learn more about technological trends in our tech dominated world. With that being said, my goal is to deliver my customers with innovative solutions and educate them on the products we offer here at Guardian. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and girlfriend, going on trips to the beach, and watching sports. I love meeting new people and forming long-lasting relationships with my customers. I am excited and looking forward to meeting and assisting you with your future home.
