Installation will be inspected by your builder, the county, and Guardian industry-certified professionals.
You will be covered by an included one-year builder warranty.
Your home will be delivered per your custom technology design choices upon moving into your new home.

What are my payment options?

Your builder will collect payment in the form of mortgage roll-in or an additional deposit. With today’s interest rates, each $1,000 in technology options adds less than $5 a month to your mortgage.

About Me

I was born in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania and grew up in Schuylkill Haven. I played baseball, basketball, and football in high school and continued to play baseball in college. I attended Elizabethtown college where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After graduating, I continued to stay involved in baseball coaching at a high school and collegiate level. In May of 2021, I earned my Masters Degree in Sports Analytics and Management. I am new to the security industry but I love meeting new people and helping them to find the best customized solutions for security and technology in their homes. In my free time, you can find me watching my favorite teams play (Steelers, Cardinals, and UNC Basketball), as well as staying active and spending time with my family and girlfriend in my new home in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
