Vintage Security was selected by our neighborhood builder for new construction. My first appointment during construction was fantastic. We walked through the house and I wanted to wire the entire house. I ordered cameras, alarm, home theater, and sound system. After closing, everything was was setup as ordered and the the installation and orientation was smooth and seamless. The team had a fabulous sense of detail and real experts and the professionalism was amazing. Just 1 small example, the sign in the front yard was a little crooked. The technician kind of fixed it, and realized the pole was bent and went to his truck to pull out a new sign and made sure it was right. I would have never even noticed. I think some of the "other" reviews wouldn't be happy if the messiah had showed up at their house and did the installation himself. I had numerous requests for customizations and tweaks and every request was met timely. We can't say enough about the fine folks at Vintage (even the support department)! The builder made an EXCELLENT choice in using Vintage as a preferred vendor. We highly recommend Vintage!
