- You will be covered by an included one-year builder warranty.
- Your home will be delivered per your custom technology design choices upon moving into your new home.

What are my payment options?
Your builder will collect payment in the form of mortgage roll-in or an additional deposit. With today’s interest rates, each $1,000 in technology options adds less than $5 a month to your mortgage.

I’m looking forward to assisting you in the design of a security and technology system to meet your needs in your new home. I was born in Corning, New York and I now currently reside in Montgomery County with my family. I have been a security and technology consultant for the past 31 years. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of builders consisting of national builders, regional builders, and custom builders in the Maryland/DC region. My goal is to provide my clients with an innovative solution using my product knowledge and experience to enhance their buying experience. My time away from work usually is spent with my family enjoying some type of sporting activity or time at the beach. My career allows me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, and to watch them enjoy one of the most memorable times in their lives as they build their new home and future for their family.
