How do I change my system master code? Pro 500 Systems

  1. Enter programming by pressing 9 then your current master code
  2. Press the B key until the touchpad displays User Codes then press #
  3. Press the B key until the touchpad displays System Master then press #
  4. Enter your new 4-Digit system master code then press #
  5. Enter * then 4 then # to exit programming

How do I add or change my regular user code? Pro 500 Systems

  1. Enter programming by pressing 9 then your system master code
  2. Press the B key until the touchpad displays User Codes then press #
  3. Press the B key until the touchpad displays Reg Codes then press #
  4. Press the B key to choose which code you wish to program (codes 00-15) then press #
  5. Enter the 4-Digit code you wish to program then press #
  6. Press * then 4 then # to exit programming

What happens if my power fails?

Your system will continue to operate on the system battery back up installed inside your control panel. After power is restored to your home or business you need to reset the keypad to stop the constant beeping. To reset the keypad you push disarm and then your code two times. Your back up battery will be recharged automatically by the control panel once power is restored.

What happens if my battery back-up is low? Pro 500 Systems

This may occur if your power has been out for an extended period of time or if the battery is older than 3 years. Your system will beep indicating a problem exists. Press the * key on the touchpad and the display will show low bat. Press 1 then your code to silence the beeping. The system may recharge the battery if power is on, if not contact the Service Department at 1-877-767-1800 to schedule an appointment to have the battery serviced.

What if I don't have a ready light or a flashing star is on my keypad? Pro 500/6000 Systems

This indicates that there is an open zone. To identify the problem zone press the * key and the keypad will display the zone that is open.

What happens if my burglar / police alarm activates?

The siren will sound a continuous high/low pitch sound. To silence the siren press your code. Our Central Station will be calling you asking for your pass code. If the police are not needed tell the operator your pass code otherwise the police will be sent to your location.

What happens if my fire alarm activates?

The siren will sound a pulsing high/low pitch sound. To silence the siren press your code. Our Central Station will be calling you asking for your pass code. If the fire department is not needed tell the operator your pass code otherwise the fire department will be sent to your location.

What if my system is disarmed and I need Police, Fire or Auxiliary assistance? Pro 500/6000 Systems

  • For Police press and hold both police buttons together for 2 seconds
    For Fire press and hold both fire buttons together for 2 seconds
  • For Auxiliary press and hold both auxiliary buttons together for 2 seconds

The siren will sound for each activation. To silence the siren press 1 then your code. Our Central Station will be calling you asking for your pass code. If you do not need the Police, Fire Department or other authorities tell the operator your pass code otherwise the proper authorities will be sent to your location.

RSP: Regular Service Plan.

Covers parts and labor 100%, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Please see your contract or contact us for terms and conditions.

VIP: Premium Plan

Covers parts and labor 100%, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

One annual preventive maintenance inspection is included. Please see your contract or contact us for terms and conditions.
